Relaxed Living has been true to their name! Superb customer service, superb execution of a tricky awning mount and excellent parts were fabricated to mount our awning on our house (lots of room for error, and it was flawless). We love the cozyness of our outdoor space and can’t say enough about the frankly excellent customer service they provide. They have been responsive and communicate. Such a great family run business and couldn’t be happier that we chose them for our project! They are absolutely worth the call if you want to deal with a company that acts like it’s reputation rests on its service! This review isn’t hyperbole, I am not prone to reviewing companies often, but they absolutely earned it so it’s my pleasure to post this.

Just had our retractable awning installed and love it!! The experience from choosing colour, size and retraction was easy and smooth. The installers were prompt; thorough and cleaned up after themselves!! Great experience all around. Looking forward to using our deck now!!

Art's team built a beautiful 3-season room for our parents, so we contacted him when we wanted to screen-in our lower patio. From quote to installation we received excellent service. We are very happy with the quality and look of the products.

Art, Jackie, Kyle and the rest of the team were amazing to work with. Art was able to come up with creative design to maximize our space. The window design is also incredible and we can't wait to enjoy our 3 season sunroom for many more years to come. Worth every penny!!! This review is quite overdue as we had this done May 2021. We are so impressed, from the start meeting with Jackie and Art, Art listened, is knowledgeable re this product and the building requirements, his service was impeccable, he and Jackie kept us posted in all aspects of the process. We live in a senior condominium in Spruce Grove and today we got our deck enclosure installed by Relaxed Living. We were so impressed by the professional of customer service and high quality of work and product I wish we could give them 10 stars. The following are highlights that impressed us so much: - the high quality of work, - the extra effort that the installers, Kyle and Blaze, went to protect our deck and railings from any damage, - the cleanlyness of their work - the profession customer service that Art and Jackie showed us in keeping us update and helping us to get approval from our condo board to get this installed - quality of the material for the enclosure. Because of their expertise and high quality of work, others in our building have expressed interest in having Relaxed Living do an enclosure from them. I would highly recommend Relaxed Living for your deck enclosure.....they are #1 in Alberta.

We have just had our lower deck converted into a Sunspace Sunroom by Relaxed Living. We contracted Relaxed Living because they were highly recommended by friends that had a sunroom build by them a few years ago. Although we will not make regular use of the room until the spring, we love the quality and the extra bug free space it will provide. I know this area is going to become one of our favourite rooms to relax and entertain in. The folks at Relaxed Living were great to deal with! They are very friendly and reliable. They only sell quality products and provide great workmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody that is interested..

From start to finish, our experience with Art and Jackie at relaxed living was very pleasant. Art is very knowledgeable having been in the renovation industry for many years. We were kept up to date with the process of our order and the expected delivery date. The installation crew arrived on the appointed day, and this is when the “awesome” part of the experience began. Art’s son Kyle was the lead on this crew. The crew was on time, every day, and they get to work. Our Sun room is very large and all of the pieces arrived in good order and without damage. The work area is kept clean at all times, and the construction site is cleaned up every day before the crew goes home. As a retired professional, I was able to see the sunroom go up from the first piles driven into the ground until the cleaning crew left after the sunroom had been completed. Art was onsite often, and pitched in when needed. The meticulous attention to detail during construction is very evident in the final product. Several fireplace installers came to our home to provide quotes, and all said our sunroom is the best they had visited in many years. All in all, the overall experience was pleasant, and we have a wonderful addition to our home we can use during all seasons in Edmonton. As a family run business, you are all awesome. To anyone looking for a sunroom, we highly recommend you visit Art and Jackie at Sunspace by Relaxed living!

In the fall of 2016 we decided to put a Sunroom on the south side of our house. With a lot of research on many manufactures and distributors we decided to go with Relax Living. We liked the products that they used and the options that we were given with regards to the kind of Sunroom that we wanted. We made many trips to the show room, looking and relooking at things during our planning stages and were met every time with smiles and answers to the questions that we had, never feeling rushed. When the walls were up, we phoned Art and he came down and did all the measurements for us. The windows were installed by Art, and his employees and they were very professional, accommodating and very good at what they do. There were things that arose during in the installation that needed to be changed and they were very accommodating with everything. The professionalism was greatly appreciated during the installation. We want to thank Relax Living for everything that they did to make our Sunroom and wonderful addition to our home.

There are very good, and professional at what they do. When modifications needed to be made they did an amazing job at altering without taking away from the design. A great product and a superior contractor relationship. We consider ourselves to be fairly discriminating in the sunroom we were looking for and the company's vinyl panel model exceeded our expectations. The principal, Art, personally attended to complex issues that arose during preparation phase and personally attended to a minor post-construction cosmetic correction. The company was on-time and responded promptly to our enquiries in a a timely and professional manner. Throughout the process we felt very comfortable with Art, his company and employees. It was a pleasurable experience and we strongly recommend and endorse Relaxed Living.

After a short conversation over the phone with Art (the owner of Relaxed Living), I ordered my first DIY Sunroom kit from Relaxed Living. I wasn't sure I had enough know-how to do anything like this, but Art convinced me that I could really do it. He even showed me how things assemble and etc. in his shop. Although I was still a bit dubious of my own ability, I decided to give it a go. Boy, was it ever easy!! It took a bit to get it going, but once I got the basics down, it was a breeze. All said and done, I was really impressed with the workmanship and quality of Sunspace product. They really know what they are doing. Anyway, if you are interested in DIY Sunroom or awning kit, definitely give Relaxed Living a try. Two thumbs way up!!
