Generally speaking, most orders are manufactured and shipped within 4-6 weeks upon receipt of down payment. It is suggested to plan your schedule as early as possible. For fall and winter normally 2 to 3 months are required from deposit to completion, spring and summer months could add up to a 2 month delay.

We will not build without a building permit. For your peace of mind, do not accept anyone who says you do not require one. If you were to try to sell your home with a sunroom attached for which a permit was not obtained, there is a chance that it would have to be removed in order for the title to be transferred.
